Booking and Scheduling: Customers are required to book their moving services at least 7 days in advance. Availability is subject to confirmation, and a deposit may be required to secure the booking.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any additional services requested on moving day (e.g., packing, storage) will incur extra charges. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (typically 20% of the total cost). Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability.
Liability: Estrada Pro Moving is not liable for items not packed by our team. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of the move. Insurance options for added protection are available upon request.
Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, perishables, or illegal items. Clients are responsible for informing the movers about any fragile or valuable items that require special care.
